Q & A : What's would you like to improve or correct?

Q: I have some small lines on my face that I would like to remove
A: For fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth, between your eyebrows (Glabella area), on your forehead, or by your eyes (crows feet) a simple and non-surgical procedure of injecting Onabotulinum toxin A is recommended. This is a commun procedure that will help smooth and reduce the deep, persistent lines that have developed over time. In other words, these are used to paralyze the area of injection, preventing movement and wrinkles. Although the name Onabotulinum toxin A might sound unknown to you, the brand name is known as BOTOX® cosmetic or DYSPORT® injections. DYSPORT® injections is known to be similar to BOTOX® but more affordable. It takes about 3-7 days for full effect to kick in. Q: I have some deep creases on each side of my mouth and some wrinkles
A: Injectable wrinkle fillers, unlike BOTOX® or DYSPORT® injections that relax the muscle under a wrinkle, fill the line or crease with one of several different substances. As a result, the line or crease seems to have nearly disappeared.

Hyaluronic Acid Wrinkle Fillers are the most popular category of wrinkle fillers. Each type works in a slightly different way with varying results. Although side effects are rare, they can include redness, swelling, and bruising at the injection site. The results last from several months to over a year. We recommend to perform yearly maintenance to help stimulate the body's own natural production of collagen and reduce the amount of filler needed over time.
Hyalyronic acid wrinkle filler include JUVEDERM ULTRA® and JUVEDERM ULTRA PLUS®, which last up to one year and is FDA Approved for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. RESTYLANE® last six months or longer and are FDA approved for moderate to severe wrinkles and folds. JUVEDERM® and RESTYLANE® are commonly used on first time users and can be combined with other fillers. They are commonly used for getting ride of dark circles under the eyes.

The latest dermal filler approved by European regulators (CE mark) and the FDA that seamlessly integrates with your skin and adapts to your facial contours is BELOTERO® made by Merz Pharmaceuticals. BELOTERO® plumps and adds volume to your face.

Q: I lost weight and my face has lost volumn and look much older
A: In time, your skin loses its full, firm, youthful appearance. This is the result of a natural aging process where skin becomes damaged, thinner or loses its natural elasticity. Fat tissue that helps to fill out your face is lost. As a result, your face may look thin and narrow and your skin becomes loose and starts to wrinkle. Wrinkle fillers can also be used as "volumizers," plumping and lifting cheeks, filling out thin lips, and plumping sagging hands. Some well known fillers are SCULPTRA AESTHETIC® which plumped up the area treated, giving it volume. It is made with absorptive suture-like material. SCULPTRA AESTHETIC stimulates collagen. JUVEDERM®, we recommend for lip augmentation and nasolabial folds, especially for people who are receiving injections for the first time because it causes less swelling.

BELOTERO®, we recommend for very fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, mouth and cheeks.

RADIESSE® we recommend for treating marionette lines, sunken cheeks, depressed scars, or for nasal contouring and augmentation and hands.

Q: I have some skin discoloration, facial broken veins and brown spots on my face

Q: I have some spider veins and varicoses veins on my legs
